chik_ench Creamy Chicken Enchiladas - If you have been looking for an easy,foolproof, International dinner recipe, you just found it! Convenient leftover chicken provides the heartiness, Canned cream soup and milk provide the creamy texture, and the green chile peppers add the authentic, Mexican flavor. A great diiner or lunch, try it with a side of Spanish rice.

Ingredients to make Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

4 Cooked chicken breasts, cut in bite size pieces
1/2 c Chopped onion
12 Corn tortillas, torn small
2 cn Cream chicken soup
1 cn Milk
1 cn Green chili peppers, seeded, chopped
8 oz Swiss cheese, grated

Directions to make Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

Step 1:Combine and mix chicken, soup, milk, onion and chili peppers. In casserole dish, place a layer of tortillas, layer of chicken mixture and layer of cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 f. until hot and cheese is melted.
