ground_beef Middle Eastern Style Beef Recipe - A simple yet delicious recipe with a middle eastern background. Just brown the meat, add the ingredients and then serve, enjoy!

Ingredients to make Middle Eastern Style Beef Recipe

1 lb Lean round steak,cut
1/2 c Frozen broccoli, cauliflower
1 sm Onion,chopped
1/4 c Raisins
2 tb Butter or margarine
1 tb Lemon juice
1 cn 10 1/2 oz. condensed beef
1/8 ts Cinnamon
Broth 1 1/2
c Dry rice
1/2 Soup can water
1/2 c Sliced almonds

Directions to make Middle Eastern Style Beef Recipe

Step 1:

Brown beef and onion in hot butter in a large skillet

Step 2:

Add broth water,vegetables,raisins,lemon juice and cinnamon.

Step 3:

Bring to a boil Stir in rice and almonds. Cover;remove from heat.

Step 4:

Let stand 5 minutes.

Step 5:

Fluff with a fork
