Ingredients to make Italian Cheese Sandwich

1/4 cup ricotta cheese
2 tbsp. grated mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. grated provolone cheese
2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. dried basil
Pinch of dried oregano
Dash of black pepper
1 pita bread pocket

Directions to make Italian Cheese Sandwich

Step 1:Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.In a bowl, combine together the cheeses, herbs, and pepper .
Step 2:Split the bread halfway around the edge. Fill with the cheese mixture. Wrap the sandwich in aluminum foil.
Step 3:Bake for about 10 minutes or until heated throughout

Ingredients to make Good Morning Pizza

1/2 lb Boiled Ham, sliced
8 oz Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, grated
2 Eggs
1/4 c Lowfat Milk
Pn Dried Oregano
Pizza crust, prepared or homemade

Directions to make Good Morning Pizza

Step 1:Pat the pizza dough out on a 13- by 9-inch pan, baking, sheet or a round pizza pan. Cut the ham into strips and put them on the dough.
Step 2:Sprinkle on the cheese. Combine the eggs and milk in a bowl and beat to blend. Pour the eggs over the dough and sprinkle on the oregano. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes

  Light Angel Hair Pasta with Veggies - An exquisite, fresh pasta and vegetable International recipe, that is made with olive oil, instead of sauce. The tiny angel hair noodles are used for this to keep it light, and so you don’t miss any of the other decadent flavors of fresh garlic, herbs , and veggies! Using fresh pasta, it not only provides more flavor, it cooks quick and easy as well.

Ingredients to make Light Angel Hair Pasta with Veggies

1 ts Olive oil
2 Garlic cloves, peel & mince
1/2 c Dry white wine
1/4 c Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 c Chopped tomato (1 medium)
4 oz Spinach angel hair pasta
4 oz Semolina angel hair pasta
1/4 c Chopped fresh basil
2 tb Freshly grated Parmesan
Ground black pepper to taste

Directions to make Light Angel Hair Pasta with Veggies

Step 1:Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat and maintain at a boil.
Step 2:Put the olive oil and garlic in a saute’ pan and cook over medium heat just until the garlic begins to brown. Remove the saute’ pan from the heat and pour in the wine. Return it to the heat. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes, until the wine has been reduced by half. Stir in the lemon juice and tomato. Remove the pan from the heat.
Step 3:Place the pasta in the boiling water and cook to desired doneness, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Drain the pasta and put it into a warm serving bowl. Add the basil, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper, along with the tomato mixture. Toss and serve immediately.
