Ingredients to make Korean Wontons

1 lb Wonton skins
2 lb Lean hamburger
1 Chopped green pepper
8 oz Chopped bean sprouts
1 Chopped onion
1 egg
1/4 c Soy sauce
3 tb Sesame oil
4 Chopped green onions

Directions to make Korean Wontons

Step 1:Mix all ingredients except wonton skins. Put 1 T. of filling in each skin, fold and seal with egg.
Step 2:Deep fry until golden brown. Cook time varies, depending on temperature of oil.

Ingredients to make Korean Clear Beef Vegetable Soup

1/2 lb Fresh spinach
1 Scallion
1 Clove garlic
4 c Water
1/2 lb Ground beef
1 ts Soy sauce
1 tb Salt
Dash pepper

Directions to make Korean Clear Beef Vegetable Soup

Step 1:Wash the spinach thoroughly and trim off the thick stems. Chop the scallion. Mince the garlic.
Step 2:Bring the water to a boil. Add the meat and bring to a second boil.
Step 3:Skim off the froth. Add the spinach, scallion, garlic, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Lower the flame and simmer for 10 minutes.

1/2 lb Boiled Ham, sliced
8 oz Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, grated

Step 1:Pat the pizza dough out on a 13- by 9-inch pan, baking, sheet or a round pizza pan. Cut the ham into strips and put them on the dough.
Step 2:Sprinkle on the cheese. Combine the eggs and milk in a bowl and beat to blend. Pour the eggs over the dough and sprinkle on the oregano. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes

Step 1:Grill the steaks until medium. Then thinly slice.
Step 2:Add cucumber, green onion, red onion, lemon grass, and red chilies to the beef.
Step 3:Add in lime juice, fish sauce, salt and pepper to the beef. Mix everything well. Garnish with cilantro and mint.

Step 1:In a large bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, vinegars, maple syrup, salt, black pepper, and cayenne. Toss with cabbage; let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
Step 2:Taste for seasoning and adjust if necessary, toss in parsley, cilantro and red onion. Serve at room temperature.

Directions to make Quick Chicken Linguini Primavera

Step 1:Put on water for linguini. Heat butter and oil in large skillet, add garlic and saute 2 minutes. Add chicken and cook, stirring constantly, until golden. Push to one side, add broccoli and red pepper. Cook 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and cook 2 minutes.
Step 2:When water comes to boil, cook linguini, then drain pasta. Add chicken and vegetable sauce to pasta and toss to coat evenly. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
