| Asian Flare Tuna Casserole - The classic tuna noodle casserole recipe, which is loved by everyone, has a little Asian inspiration, that really makes it memorable. The addition of chow mein noodles, instead of traditional pasta, gives this quick, easy International casserole, some crunch, for added texture.

Ingredients to make Asian Flare Tuna Casserole
2 T Butter or margarine
1 c Chopped celery
1/4 c Chopped onion
2 T Chopped green pepper
1 T Butter
7 oz Can tuna
10 1/2 oz Cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1 c Chow mein noodles
1/8 t Pepper
1/3 c Chow mein noodles
Directions to make Asian Flare Tuna Casserole
Step 1:In a deep, 1 1/2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole, melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in Microwave Oven 30 seconds. Add celery, onion and green pepper to melted butter. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Step 2:Combine remaining ingredients except 1/3 cup chow mein noodles with vegetables. Blend well. Top with 1/3 cup of chow mein noodles. Heat in Miicrowave Oven, uncovered, 10 minutes or until sauce bubbles.
