Strawberry Cream Cheese Crepes - This shortcut, simple International dessert recipe, comes from the French, and is heavenly. A succulent blend of rich cream cheese and sour cream is rolled into a divinely light crepe, and topped with warmed, sugared, strawberries. The heated fruit becomes extremely plump and juicy, and also makes the cream cheese mixture inside, irresistabley “gooey”!
